Yes. All deposit and withdrawal activity — whether conducted via UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay — is governed by these Terms and Conditions. The payment method you choose does not alter your obligations or ours under this agreement.

We will communicate material changes through in-account notifications before they take effect. Minor corrections — such as fixing a typographical error — may be made without advance notice, but we log all version changes in the Help Centre for transparency.

A breach may result in temporary suspension, permanent closure, or restriction of specific features depending on the severity. We will notify you by email and give you an opportunity to respond unless the breach involves fraud or a legal instruction to act immediately.

Log in, open the Help Centre and look under 'Account Terms History'. Each version is stored with the date it became active. You can also email our compliance team and we will send the specific version you accepted at the time of account registration.

Access depends on local law and is available only where permitted in your jurisdiction. We recommend you verify that using an online account platform is lawful in your specific state or union territory before opening or maintaining an account.

We retain data for the period required by applicable financial and anti-money-laundering regulations in India, typically between five and seven years following account closure. After that statutory period, data is deleted or anonymised according to our retention schedule.
